Customer Support
If you would like to contact our customer support department, please call

Payments for Projects
We can give you an estimate for the cost of the project but we will never ask
you for a payment until we can guarantee that there is a math expert available
who can give you the solution you need exactly to the given specifications. You
are under no obligation to make a purchase once you have received a quote but
the deadline for the project will start only once the payment has been received
by our company. You can then pay with PayPal or by your credit card provider
which includes Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Price Variances
Our standard prices are based on the number of questions or the number
of hours estmated by the math expert for completing the project. This price is
then collaborated with the deadline of the project to give you an estimated
price. The quote we give you for the project is a based on the direct input from
our in house experts which we forward to you. Quite often, the final price is
lower than the estimated price since many math experts can handle their
specialty area questions at a lower rate.
Project Delivery
All projects are delivered to you via our website as soon as they have been verified
to be correct and meeting the requirements qiven by you. You have the option of
taking the project as a hand written document that will be scanned and uploaded to our website
as a digital file in various formats. Please note that we reserve the right to deliver the solutions in a particular format
handwritten, pdf, word-document unless you explicitly specify the format which you want the solutions in.
Refund Policy
Full refunds can be given if one of our experts accepts the project but
does not deliver the solutions or if the solutions are found to be beyond a
reasonable level of correctness. We do not tolerate math experts giving
our clients bogus solutions and will gladly ensure you get the highest value for
your money or your money back. In such a situation we would appreciate that you
give us the proof for the solutions being incorrect since this may result in the
termination of services for the worker in question. Please note that refunds can
not be given for assignments and projects completed more than 90 days ago. This
is because our math experts typically get paid after this period.
However, in most cases where minor mistakes are found in the provided solutions,
only partial refund amounts can be applied to your
future project or refunded to you at the discretion of the company. Please
recognize that quite often when a math genius guarantees you a certain minimum
mark, there can be minor differences in marking techniques of your
instructor/teacher/teaching assistant. Consequently, refunds which are prorated
are given in the table below:

Limitations of Liability
By choosing to do business with MyMathGenius.com or 3 Delta Solutions, you absolve us from any external liability associated with the use of our services and limit our total liability to the amount you have paid for the order. Neither MyMathGenius.com nor 3 Delta Solutions will be liable for any external costs incurred while using the services provided by us. If a math genius fails to achieve the marks he/she guaranteed, the liability of MyMathGenius.com will be limited to the total amount paid for the order.
